Have you ever taken a look around to see how many bent things there are? How many of you saw that every particular that is not completely right, has in its back straight part, an aesthetic and functional note? It is not only about aesthetics; tube bending and pipe bending is functionality, balance, energy saving, reason and many other things you will see with a different point of view reading the next few lines…

We see the same aesthetics as our forefathers created in the most beautiful buildings of our days, and we made it be a new style. In this way, the most quoted architects have been able to project and build big pavilions, space-age airports, main doors and windows, great helicoidal stairs, cylindrical lifts: everything rigorously bent with metal bending machines.

Now we set architecture aside and let’s talk about “moving” examples. Who is aware of the fact that ships, from smaller to bigger, float thanks to steel-beams skilfully bent? There are hundreds of beams that create ship bone structures and their best shape to plough through the sea.When you travel by car, this one is made of round shapes created according to the most modern aerodynamic studies. The road you are passing through is lighted by bent lampposts, you are skirting fields covered by greenhouses made of bent tubes. You outpace a tanker that has a perfect-oval tank; when you reach a tunnel that support tons and tons of rock thank to bent I-beam and concrete frameworks. On your way, you see kilometres of guardrails that follow the path of the street you are travelling and if you pay attention, the steering-wheel you have in your hands is made by a metal ring covered by soft material.
If we look up in the sky, we see planes, nose cones, artificial satellite, satellite dishes. Even machines that was thought to be minimal, like farm tractors and excavators, nowadays are technologically developed: they are equipped with operating cabs that look like cockpits, safety and gifted with rounded and harmonic lines, thanks

You come home at night and see that chairs and tables are curved tubes, and of the same sort is the heart of the boiler that heat the water of your shower, the box of which is a frame obtained by aluminium profiles properly bent. Also the structure on which you hang up the towelettes is a bent tube like the bed head in wrought iron on which you have rest.
